Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kridha Jewels, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you need to cancel an order or request a refund, please read our policy below.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it. Contact us at email id with your order details.
  • After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return once you receive the item (refer to our Return Policy).
  • Custom or personalized jewelry orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
  • If an order is canceled successfully, we will process the refund within XX days.

2. Return and Refund Eligibility

  • You can request a return within XX days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

3. How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back using a reliable courier service.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within XX days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product, etc.).
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for verification.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within XXX DAYS.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • You may need to pay the price difference if the new item is of higher value.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Customized and engraved jewelry
  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items purchased on final sale

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within the mentioned timeframe, check with your bank or payment provider first.
